[HEXGEAR] | IDORU |

Well your builds are doing their job, I wasn't aware of this case but it fulfills my needs for my next case and I bloody love what I'm seeing. They've got themselves a sale.

Very nice job on the fans, is it vinyl?

Wow, I like those fans.

Look really stealthy and nice! :D

Love that copper effect, how did you do it?

Its self adhesive copper electrode film.

Looks boss neh?

I might at that, those R40s look the bidness! I'm so happy to see case manufacturers move away from the redundant 5.25" bays and HHD cages up front and make room for some WCing. What sort of rad capacity do these have, the website doesn't mention.

The res is currently in the shed awaiting me to go and tap it....Always a nerve wracking time tapping acrylic sheet...

Great keyboard, I have a filco majestouch with the black switches because I preferred the feel of them, but an excellent quality keyboard. Enjoy typing forevermore.

Looking forward to more updates.

I have a QPAD MK 85 already but the switches are red and they are too light for me,this is markedly different, much more my switch.....they are a bit 'granulated' right now,Im hoping they bed in a little.

Nice keyboard, where are the keycaps from?

They are the stock caps.

So now we are all about storage, fast and slow...

For the fast I have a trio of Crucial m200 SSD's of the 240Gb flavour.

All on nice polished 2mm copper mounts.

For the slow...

Well,WD is my usual choice and why change a habit?

A pair of 3Tb Reds will take care of the bulk and a pair of RAIDed 500 Gb Blacks for the scratch drive.

The idea is to get some copper plates to stack them together for more storage and to level off the lines.

A desticker operation is in order once they have been tested!

In other news,I have ordered my Shapeoko 3!!

Order a Shapeoko 3 very nice, I looked at the X-Carve would love to get one but not sure if I'd really use it a lot.

Your ssd mounting plate looks great btw.

That'll be some hefty postage charges but I'm quite jealous.

$400....

Once Man Shed 1 is online,It will be running quite a lot,I sprung for a 15kw watercooled spindle instead of those loud trim routers for the sake of my sanity

That plate looks very nice.

Really like the other computer on your desk as well!

Thats LUMO,there is a log for it in this forum.
Its also in this months Custom PC!

Some shots with the plates in place and the res is tapped and fitted in preparation for the loop start. I still need to trim the exterior of the gasket down but its completely watertight....but now it has the taste for Human flesh after the chunk it took out of my finger....

I cut 24 mm spacers for the SSD plate, to clear the Bitspower 90's connecting the pumps, and screwed directly in to the chassis for a great fit.

I dont like the background tho...this a was a black one I mistakenly washed in the machine.....with detergent......

Silly Neg.
