I volunteer my time at Give Kids the World and when I finally finish my trauma residency I'll be doing trips to various places to offer my skills for free.

Other than that, being a doctor in itself, as long as you're not there solely for the financial gain is a wonderful thing. I love the thought that I get the chance daily to save many people's lives.
