High DPC Latency

it could just as easy be raptr
maybe the twitch or replay settings, if you close it and it goes away that tells me its raptr lol

There is a thread on the AMD support forum from other people experience the exact same issue, and it can always be resolved by disabling any non-eyefinity secondary screens. So I'm 99.9% sure it isn't hardware related. I uninstalled Raptr ages ago, so don't think that's the problem either.

Do you have a secondary screen bloodkill? If so, could you disable it in CCC and see if that fixes your vsync issues and let us know?

Sorry for late reply, yes I do have a second screen, leave it with me and i'll do some testing with a few different scenario's.
