Depends how long. I just had to phone up because mine hadn't updated (a year and a half later).I bought online and yet my warrant says it's just one year. I take it this is something that will update to 3 years within a few weeks?

Depends what you need. I don't see me ever using it. A Google search usually fixes everything.Is the extra years of phone support worth it? Is it any good?
Also is it possible to collect in store when you ordered online? It would be Easier than waiting for a delivery

You can't "click & collect" (in the UK at least - I think you can in the US). Online shipping is usually super quick, and for laptops uses UPS (not sure about other items).
