Highlight of your life this year?

Nothing at all really. Was actually pretty average and boring. Next year is going to be very very different though especially with me starting Uni.

Waking up after having cardioversion
Getting promoted at work
Moving into our new home

It's been a very up/down year to be honest, but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger huh. ;)

Finally finished my ATC training after 3 years and got a massive increase in salary. A job for life and a load of money to go with it. Win :D

I also recently ordered my realistic dream car but I suppose the real highlight will be when it arrives.

It's been tough year but the hard work has paid off :)

Losing 2 stone.
Getting a great job.
Buying my house - not too great as I can barely afford it but at least I'm on that all important ladder :)
Still being with my lovely boyfriend :)

there are a few :) it's been a good year!

moving in with my better half, getting to wake up next to him every morning is worth the rent in itself!
graduating
getting my first real paycheck
and this christmas, our first christmas with just the two of us - it should be amazing!

it would have been nice to have passed my driving test, but i'll just have to make sure i get it done next year!

The best moment this year for me was checking UCAS at 7AM in the morning, straight after a 12 hour night shift, to find I'd been accepted at Warwick. I'd been really doubting whether I'd done well enough to get the grades needed, and having all that weight lifted off your shoulders at one point was such an amazing feeling.

Life just seems to be SO much better now that before, and I've got a totally different and slightly more optimistic outlook on life than I did back in college.. and in Stoke.

Every time i hold or even just see my Grandson it's a highlight.
The next time the Sun rises for me is Tomorrow when i visit :)
Trouble is the happier i am the more i think of my best mates who are dead. I am Thankful for the little things :)

Took redundancy from my dead-end job with BT, and got a place at Kent uni as a (very)mature student. Doing well so far, and very glad to have done something positive with my life at last after too may years of letting things pass me by.
