Indeed. People will bring out the usual moaning about 'dumbing down'(eugh, hate that phrase) etc, but the series needed a real rethink.

I was happy with that Total Biscuit vid, I think the game looks pretty good, however I still think the suspicion aspect seems pretty weak tbh.
 
He says how people like police get suspicious if you're dressed as them, and says how that's unrealistic... Surely it's more realistic that them not being suspicious? Seeing someone who they've never seen before in a police outfit (when most likely most of the cops will have seen each other, working at the same station and all)

Only if you were wondering around for no reason, someone would probably notice. If you looked busy and had a specific goal, one would assume you're just doing your job, and since nobody in the department would know you, you're unlikely to be harassed.

True, but I guess it must seem like you're just wandering around to the other cops.
 
I'm sure I remember In the last game you could run about in a security uniform and sneak about behind people and nothing happened. I think this 'stricter' AI would be nice and a bit more realistic :)
 
Watched the Total biscuit video, game seems very good imo.

I agree with other comments about previous Hitman games being slightly clunky although full of great ideas and gameplay, looks like they've streamlined this one without compromising on the possible variables in completing missions/hits. Very glad I pre-ordered.

edit/ that boxing mission is a one off and as described in the 'Total Biscuit' playthrough it is not typical of the majority of gameplay.

Whats wrong with that? Obviously his target was the other fighter, he needed a way in so he stole the outfit of the one of the fighters. There are 50 levels, trying to make out the entire game is some super action quick time event fest based on 1% of the gameplay is extremely moronic.

And do one with that smiley face, you look like a prat.
 
Well in my opinion is got to be better than Dishonored, as a stealth fan , i felt that fell flat on its backside, yey everyone was raving about it.?
It wasnt engaging and devoid of any atmosphere etc.
 
I'm pre-loading as we speak. I don't care what reviews say, I have always been a fan of the Hitman series. Loved Blood Money and I cannot wait to get stuck into Absolution :)
