Hitman Absolution Pre-Order.

Regarding the simplicity of the first levels, I still remember being really disappointed with the Blood Money demo (which was the first level of the game) because it too was linear, and had too much hand-holding. That was just one level though, designed to introduce newcomers to the series to how the Hitman games work. After that, it was back to normal.

Let's hope it's a similar story here.

this isnt from the demo though this is from the full game

Noticed already on 12,10 seems a lot laggier for the bit it does work. Its not actually crashed yet so thats a good sign I guess.

Actually got past the first checkpoint on the first mission lol. This could be promising with these drivers.

EDIT: OMG can finally finish first mission without crash. Howver since downgraded drivers I lost about half my FPS..... I guess being able for it to run is better than maxed FPS lol..

Spoke to soon lol. Did get a lot further though lol...

Ive been crashing at the title screen where she says "listen to me", I was on 12.11 drivers.

Ive just used drivers sweeper and installed 12.10 and I still crashes at the same point.

My card 7950 isn't overclocked and every other game runs fine grrrrrr.

It crashed at the same point every time.

Makes me think it isn't a graphics issue if its my entire pc crashing though. I have no idea =(

Yea, I only had a PC lockup cause of my CPU overclock, so it has to be a hardware problem I think.

But it could be AMD and there windows 8 drivers..

Underclocked my CPU just then for a test and it was running at 30 degrees c. The fact it keeps crashing at the same place, makes me think its either a GPU issue or an issue with the game.

Well it doesn't crash it just freezes and only way to get out of it is to restart my pc... This makes me thhink it cant be the CPU

Just played about 10mins of this. Love it. For me, a huge improvement on Blood Money. I'm a sucker for the Splinter Cell Conviction multiple kills mode :p so I am happy with that. Graphics wise, certainly very good. I have bought a 7970 (currently using a 6950) so looking forward to maxing the settings completely. Otherwise, no complaints from this gringo :D
