its par for the course for an england manager to get the stuff ripped out of him its been done to everyone and i find him funny

Too cheap, easy and so overdone. I don't mind witty jokes that take the ****, but this isn't close to witty.

Without taking this off topic, why is it political correctness gone too far if you can't make jokes about, as you said, peoples colour, disability et cetra? Making fun of people, it's really not particularly clever or funny. Good jokes aren't made over people's skin colour, disabilities, or race or sex are they? It's really weak.

I think this has become another thing to suddenly become out raged over for no real reason. I do hate the way the media went at him straight away because Harry wasn't the manager but this Woy thing has been blown OTT.

:D I've met the man! I use if affectionately :p ;)

I in part agree, but the joke wasn't funny and my main gripe was that poster saying it's okay to make jokes / laugh at the expense of peoples, race, sex, skin colour, disability et cetra.

Fair enough, the joke wasn't funny :)

I did laugh at the way the sun then peddled out Ross to say it was acceptable. Ross himself made fun of himself and made money doing adverts as wossy so he can hardly complain.

I also found it weird why he went to the trouble of backing up the sun after they went for him so ruthlessly when he made his error of judgement with the phone call to Andrew Sachs :D
