Home Weights workout.

You remember them?? (cringe!!)

my god, that was years ago!!!

Sure do! I spotted your potential early young padawan. It was only a matter of time before you came to seek guidance from the old masters *ahem* Chong (not had an old man dig for a while eh? ;))

Now we all are happy again, should we group hug??

As long as its a manly chested one.......oh wait......you've not got....sorry :(

Mate I'm feeling my age going by some of the stunts I've pulled during the last few days, seriously I think I'm losing it lol!

Weighed out some Yohimbine HCL this morning thinking it was 3mg... no problem you think. Well how the hell did I manage that when my scales are only accurate to 0.01g? Yeah exactly... so guess who took 30mg of Yohimbine this morning for his first dose??!!

Fizzing my **** off all day lol! :D

...and that's just one of many cockups this week...

They are freezing yes, I am a monster so it's ok.

good answer A+
Tempts me to make another rant, you know, "cant squat cos my traps hurt" "Le extensions make my knees funny" "I cant eat every 3 hours because i work all day" that sorta stuff

MTA - Spot on, i shouldnt lash out, lots of noob posts atm, everyone wants to avoid being Jay Cutler, who'd have thought it.

Apologies for the slow reply, here it is below. You really can't go wrong with it, nice wide chinning bar so you can mix up your chins and pull ups. Dipping bars and thick and really solid.

Really solid piece of kit that wouldn't be out of place in any commercial gym, nevermind a home setup.

Can't fault it at all. The advantage of a cage is that you can train alone without having to worry about getting stuck at the bottom of a squat with weight on your back, you can just drop it on the safety bars :)

Fairly easy to put together as well because it's just a simple, solid frame.

The best part about it.... the price.

Thanks. :)

Can I ask where you bought your weights from? I'll be looking to get an Olympic set and keep my current ones (5ft bar) for exercises outside the cage.
