Oh what, no way. That's a bit annoying. Im really intrigued to see if this is on par with BFBC2 MP.

How is the single player shaping up ? Any good ?
 
Same as all the modern shooters, nothing bad, but nothing new really.


EDIT: acting is wooden and plot is weird, but I have just finished the masterpiece that is uncharted 2, so maybe that has had a bearing on my opinion.
 
Yeah I see. Shame the servers are not on, I might just have to take a risk and bite the bullet. I suppose really I just want something new to play, this could be a filler until BF3.
 
Mine got dispatched today :) quite looking forward to it, Be something different to play other than COD until BF3 comes out, Really enjoyed/enjoying BFBC2
 
mine arrived this morning, sat there for 5 minutes earlier wondering why I couldnt download my battle code or find a server, forgot its not released until friday

Any luck on the multiplayer side ?

I have just pre-ordered this. Hopefully it will provide a bit of fun until BF3 comes out. I get £30-35 trade in on Bulletstorm so this is only going to cost £5.

Cant wait to give it a go tomorrow...

Seriously, those thinking of buying this, don't. It's god awful :(

Will try the MP side tomorrow. But as for the SP side... I played maybe 30 mins then chucked it aside to play DA2.

Yeah I watched a few vids, read the reviews and deleted it from my rental list. Looked promising but sadly not.

You know it's not looking good when you can trade in a game as old as brotherhood and get homefront for £4.95 at a supermarket.
 
I cant help but think that its only selling well in the US because of the political setting its in and whom the enemy are. The recent Japanese tsunami showed theres still a flippant minority...

I agree, Just been playing the SP, its rubbish!! hope the MP is better, if not then im getting rid.
 
Oh gawd, that does not sound good at all. If you guys get on the MP side at all please let me know what you think. Im not too bothered about the singleplayer aspect, just hope the MP is up to it.

I'm the same. From what i've read so far the MP side is very good.
I have an american friend who said that even with 32 players you don't get any lag.
 
Excellent. Dedicated servers are the way forward.

I just hope it keeps me going until BF3. Although I have only put about 50 hours into BFBC2, I could do with something new to get my teeth in to.
 
All recent games that have come out that I have waited for, have turned out to be absolute cack.
