Most commercial flights are at 30-36,000 feet... about 6 miles so it should be ok.

And even if it was, who cares?

Its kinda frightening that he got sunburn from the torch though :eek:

What he wants to do is hook one up to some sort of remote control plane / helicopter and pretend its a UFO / Aleins with a tractor beams trying to abduct people hehehe
