All Honor phones are dual sim.
I'd hold off as the Honor 10 is being announced in London on May 15.
The trend has been that the Honor phones are nearly always better than their P series counterparts in many respects but cheaper. There are some compromises but if you can live with that it's a bargain.
I had the Honor 9 and the battery life was pretty poor considering what it packed
