Its very often on sale on Steam, about £6 usually IIRC.

Dead space (both) is defo worth a look

Doom 3 is bloody scary as well made worst by the fact you can't acturly shoot while you got the flash light out

also i ll take a look at that one everyone mentions see if I come out of it insane

System Shock 2. Make sure you mod it and then you're good to go. One of the greatest productions in gaming imo.

First came out and was quite good but 2nd never did.

Cold Fear was quite a nice horror game too a while back that i played.

Up and down imo, not good enough implementation for some rather good ideas, thus delivery / execution was poor at times. I didn't play it for that long. One friend I know liked it quite a lot; regardless, despite some consistent praise by some players I still would have to say I could not recommend shelling out £20 for it.
