Planning on making some curried mince just for myself.
I'm going to use a little curry powder , but i'm wanting to out a red chilli in to.
My question is how much of a chilli should you put in. I like spicy food, to me a hot madras is quite hot enough.
So how much of a red chilli do you reckon
