Hotel Bedding Quallity?

I feel your pain, OP. I also have very specific bedding requirements. In my case it's a layer of that gel stuff from the Bodyform towels underneath my sheets.

Similarly I find myself not staying in hotels very often.

what's so special about Hungarian goose compared to canada goose or whatever? is it the only country where they aren't protected or something

The trick to a good holiday is actually getting a bad hotel, the less time you spend in the hotel the better your holiday will be.

What traits do Hungarian geese have that are desirable for bedding? Or is the OP Hungarian and hard right and doesn't want to risk filthy Romanian feathers?

Most likely. I bet the reality is they have less stringent animal welfare rights and its cheaper for manufacturers to get their supply than other countries.
