House offer accepted! Eeeeee!

I know our GIS dept provide surveys for people about the area they are buying in, like is it on a flood plain and other stuff.

Nice place to live, we might move up there when we are buying end of year, but then we do like living here so not sure :/

Not sure what surveys we'll be getting done. The house shouldnt be on a flood plain where is is (Alphington). Nice to know people in the right places - by the sounds of it, you and Ev0 ;). God bless the boards.
As for the beautiful place - yeah, we are slowly making it back down to Cornwall :p
