How can I force vsync in OpenGL

Just reinstalled MOHAA after about 2yrs of it being in my drawer and i've found it to be unplayable now my hardwares a bit better than it was back then.

Any ideas? I've tried Rivatuner but can't find the relevant option.
 
Try "r_swapinterval 1" and then a vid_restart

I believe that's the command from Quake3, although it's possible it could have been renamed in MOH:AA

A better option IMO would be to cap your framerate using com_maxfps
