I was browsing the shop site years ago, went to the forums and kinda hung around ever since

in answer to why it's so big, It has massive sections for all aspects in life, with veterans manning the sections most the day.

It's like a big database of all the questions asked of Google.

It has to be popular!

Baiscally used the forum as a "OH NO MY PC IS BROKEN" tool. Then a year or so later moved onto the motors and GD sections

I came because of the hilarious spill your drink to get laid thread. Was aware of the forums from buying my PC in 2004.

Well the forums were pretty much dead, but then just after August 2004 everyone started to want to join. Not so sure what changed in August to make that happen though...

Yeah they are tricky forums to find, but acctually quite known on other forums. Saw us mentioned a few times, acctually Sam87uk(whatever his name was)!!
