How do I find out what speed my PCIE GPU is running at?

Have just ran 3DMark 2006, and got what appears to be a very poor result of 3023 - http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=2522171

Comparing it to a similar setup to mine here - http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=1014152 shows my AGP rate as 1x, and his as 16x, can this be right? Is there an easy way to find out through software? Thanks.

Hmmm indeed, i think this is where we need some real tek heads to come in because i ain't got a clue how to get that set to x16, x1 will really drop your performance bad. :(

Thanks for the replies, looking for an update now, then will try other things if a BIOS update doesn't work. :)

Shut down, turn off power completely and leave it for 5 mins.

Then turn it on.

My P5B-D used to do this and I bet its the same problem for you.

Im sure someone else had this problem to, may have been Tom actually. :)

Yeah someone else did and it was an ASUS board again but with a C2D chip. I think they might've fixed it by increasing the PCIE freq to 101 but if not, have a look in your BIOS for the link width setting, it's gotta be in there somewhere!

Make sure you have the card inserted in to the top blue PCIE slot as that runs at x16 and not the lower black slot that runs at x1 in single card configurations.

depends on the motherboard..

on my motherboard both slots runs at x16 in single card configurations and in dual card configurations..
