How do I know if Trim is running??

Hi there

I recently connected up my Vertex 3 to the Intel Sata 2 ports on my Rampage 3 Extreme knowing that they supported the Trim command unlike the crap Marvell Sata 3 ports.
The problem I have is that I don't know if Trim is running. Can someone please tell me how I check if Trim is actually working?
I’m pretty sure there is a command to use but I cant find it anywhere.

TRIM is on by default, I've never seen a Windows 7 install that didn't have it enabled by default, so no need to worry.

How do I know if TRIM is working in Windows 7?

In the Elevated command Prompt windows, type the following:

fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify

Results explained below:
DisableDeleteNotify = 1 (Windows TRIM commands are disabled)
DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Windows TRIM commands are enabled)

On wikipedia, I read that when Windows 7 detects and SSD it tunrs on/off feature automatically for an optimized experience.
