You should write "12 noon" to be unambiguous, but the correct designation would be 12pm for midday.

10:00 til 12:00 is correct as midnight is 00:00, no need for am or pm with a 24hr clock.

I always use 24 hour time because its just easier, however you could just of put that you had booked it for 2 hours from 10am on the 29th & 30th Oct.
