I'd put 10:00 to 12:00, job done.

Indeed, 24 hour clock, nice and easy.

10:00 til 12:00 is correct as midnight is 00:00, no need for am or pm with a 24hr clock.

I wouldn't use 0000 for midnight. Use 2359 or 0001. At least thats how we do it in aviation

1) 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon

2) 1000 hrs until 1200 hrs.

3) Ambulance is cancelled and we'll be in the pub.

It is NOON, not am or pm; and to really be pedantic, you might want to use the correct name for the organisation ie St John Ambulance .... never has been an "s" in there.
