how do these look???

I am not sure how many of us use Kombustor but if you was to run 3DMark11 or Heaven (on the settings that are used on this forum), we would have a better idea :)
 
right thnx just use driver sweeper to uninstall old drivers as i read that sometimes when u just install a second card that xfire doesnt work too well and a fresh install of drivers works better, well i just did that and now i cant find vision control centre haha
 
I've just had a look about the Web and turns out my heaven score is actually quite good. Few pages that ran xfire 7870 were achieving just shy of 2300 with on oc of 1100 onthe core so seems as though mine are running fine while the 7950 was scoring 3100

When running Heaven what are you runniing your CPU at. High CPU speed is important in this benchmark.
 
I'm pretty sure it's still at stock speed as I was having trouble getting it past 4ghz and reset everything to default. I take it if I could get a decent oc on cpu may raise score slightly. Also my score was marginally higher than most other xfire scores and I was in x16/x4. Would x8/x8 make a big difference to the performance. Most reviews I find claim there would only be a minor dif to the tune of 3-5 fps
