If you bought the overclocked system from OcUK, iirc the system I bought had a folder on the desktop containing the programs used for overclocking and the test results from the overclock. Have a look.
I've downloaded the CPU-Z. But it still shows my CPU being clocked to 3.30ghz, it's ment to be 4.6ghz?
THat is showing your CPU underclocked, which it does automatically when not in use to save power. Try taxing it to see if you are getting 4.6 or not
With Speed Step technology you won't see it as being overclocked unless you put it under load.
Run Prime95 or IBT.

Okay, maybe it isn't overclocked then. Did the PC come with any paperwork? I think sometimes they require you to put in some settings.

My understanding was that some OCUK systems come not overclocked, but they have all the settings that they have tested and you have to put some settings in to get the overclock
