How do you control your anger

Be chilled out about everything.

Used to have a very short fuse and a mean temper, since I realised it did me no favours I've been chilled out about life and gotten by just as well, if not better and it takes a HUGE amount to get me annoyed, still have a mean temper if someone pushes me that far, but it takes so much now I don't lose it. :)

Once you realise there is no point being ****ed off it's fine.

Amusing now though as I annoy people because I'm laid back about most things. :D

i usually just scream into a pillow as loud as i can or something.. lol. i've also done that on my motorbike too. i probably looked crazy or something heh.

i bite my hand really hard sometimes when im really angry, it usually calms me down as it hurts a lot!

I've learnt a few things about female emotions, to be honest, think about it logically. Are you overreacting? Or is your mum actually justifying her behaviour? If you have good reason to be angry: calm down, if not, calm down, there's nothing.

Don't worry, the internet is here for you :)
