This is how I do it:
Seems to work well.
- Rinse rice well in sieve and boil kettle
- Place rice in pan with boiling water and simmer until cooked
- Once cooked, rinse under hot water. This helps separate the rice
- Put some boiling water in a saucepan and steam in the sieve for about 5 minutes to help seperate the grains more and provide a fluffy texture.
Seems to work well.
