How do you drink your Tea?

Breakfast Tea / Assam / Afternoon Tea / Ceylon - Strong, semi-skimmed milk, no sugar

Keemun / Jasmine / Earl Grey - Strong, no milk, no sugar

Loose tea makes a far superior cup but for convenience a good tea in a teabag is acceptable. Sugar is just wrong in tea as it completely distorts the flavour. Tea out of proper china cups is best but I'm not that fussy that I won't have it out of a mug :)

Babingtons Special Blend (Ceylon, Darjeeling and China teas) > all other teas
 
pg tips, hot milk, smidgen of sugar and for major dippings a brioche butter roll!
