Instant coffee Coffee 2:1 Sugar + Milk, anything else black or if I make it a Small, 2shot Cappuccino (at work).

For tea though it's all about the ol' pure tea - no sugar needed!

Edit: In that order. Can't stand people who put the milk in with the bag and pour water on top, as bad as people who take the bag out before putting milk in.

No, silly. There's no liquid. Can't make syrupy goop without water or milk in there. That's just sweet & dry.

7 pg tips in a stainless metal teapot good for about 10-12 cups, then 5 scoops of ground coffee for the cafetiere, let that brew for about 4 mins before plunging

Do like the black cafetiere coffee in the morning tho but for me it usually goes like this(quite bad imo lol)

wake up kenco instant coffee with blue cap
get to work 2 cups of tea in about 15 mins
after that 2 cups of coffee maybe(usualy 1 but sometimes 2)
3.30pm crappy instant coffee with green cap
Maybe i drink too many caffeine based drinks
