How does Scotland have free Uni's?

Absolutely, every devolved state in the history of the World has become a wasteland. No, wait, that'd be completely wrong so what are you basing your assertions on and for the amusement value why do you think the oil is English?

//edit * and I should have been clearer here, that is UK oil at present but if devolved it would most likely be Scottish oil under the Law of the Sea.

If we were to devolve, Scotland would have rights to all the north sea oil within its shores. This is set within international laws. Any attempt by the English to claim this oil will probably result in military intervention and would receive backing by NATO.

At the moment it is British oil.

We should pipe all the oil down to England. We could store it some where useless, like, I dunno..Basingstoke or Slough or somewhere similar. And then devolve those kilt wearing, deep fried kebab lovers!
