A ping of Zero is, impossible - it is however rounded up/down.

I.E. You'll have a ping of, say, 0.4ms

I have recently been upgraded from 60Mb to the 100Mb service with VM, so the speedtest is restricted by my current PowerLine Networking that i need to upgrade to take advantage of the full new speed now being provided.

Still seems extremely low considering the pings of everybody else. Ran it 3x now and everytime 0.

Probably because with you being in the north as well as the server you keep using to test that is located in Preston.

Manually choose a different server further away and you'll see your ping increase.

Download is a little bit low there compared to normal but upload is about right.

Seems pretty weird, what do you ping to bbc.co.uk?

The lowest cable first hop I've seen is about 6ms, so the likelihood of your 0ms actually being real is extremely low. I would probably bet the life of my cat on it not actually being 0ms.

Could be a timer resolution thing based on OS/Browser/Flash combo, or maybe some sort of firewall/AV thing.
