Updated spec and system

Previously I got bang on 37 Seconds

AMD 4400+ 2.2

Retested with clean OS X installation.

Nov 2003 model PowerMac G5. Dual 2.0GHz. 2GB RAM. OS X 10.4.9.

Photoshop CS2: 44 seconds

Photoshop CS3 Extended: 54 seconds.

So, there's quite a large performance drop in CS3, at least with the radial blur filter.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just got hold of an Opteron 165 from the members market (well my little brother bought it for me as I don't have the posts to view that bit of the forum!) and its made a big difference. Now running at 44 seconds, so a 41 second improvement.
