Damn. Well done. Once you get to 34 you will want to get to 32. Good luck

Good going! Just exercising lots?

Thanks guys for the support. Pretty much exercise where I got fat when I met the ex. Before her I was exercising regularly and, importantly, eating properly. My ex and I enjoyed living it up where I drank and eat more of the wrong things. Plus, I stopped exercising because she was not interested in doing much exercise. As a result put on around 5.5 stones in the 4 and a bit years we were together. I blame myself for this, it was obvious that doing all the wrong things would result in becoming a fatty.

So out with the booze and rich foods, in with more smaller meals and regular exercise where try to exercise three times a week. Worked so far but finding the last push to 34" and the last stone to lose more difficult than the first five stone.

i have no idea what my waist is but all my size 38" trousers dont fit, and my pair of size 32" jeans that i bought in error fit easily and almost starting to need a belt with them, so past 6months 38" > 32ish

Used to squeeze into a 34" in Jan but I binned junk food and took up running and dropped 10kilos in 2 months, now a comfortable 32".

The downside is I have arms like an 8 year old girl and have had to spend £££ on new 501s, even taking a few links out my watch strap was an unexpected hassle :p

I do get a kick out of people noticing my new jaw line and lack of breests though.

Might even stop drinking 12 pints every weekend so I can get into proper shape.

Strange I do this. I think if I didnt drink every weekend I would weight 4 stone or something! I usually try and exercise 5 times a week, now started up running again and trying for 3 times a week with 1 badminton session a week...come the weekend and its kfc, rolo doughnuts, many pints/spirit mixer, followed by takeaway and 2 big meals on sunday and feeling like crap on monday, then hard to get back into weekly excercise...

love it!

Weird. I just read your first post and your stats, progress, diet and routine are almost exactly the same as mine.

I've started to do weight training now to try and build some upper body mass.

Used to be 36" even when i was younger but as i now do 6 days a week weights at the gym(2+hrs) i'm now about 33" or less
