how i get temps of 8c to 30c under load

your room must be freezing.
would it not be more comfortable for you to just close the window?
the Q6600 is fine upto 80.C, so it is well below the max temp.

as my post above, just close the window and be nice and warm, the cpu will be fine ;)

also dont forget to check for condensation, that will kill your pc. ;)

almighty15 your sig is too long, as someone's already said. 4 lines max.

@OP, why do you want/need such low temps? No reason to have a freezing room when the CPUs fine up to like 80C. And the noise too. For no reason. It's not like you're doing much overclocking either.

Seriously, how cold is the room though? Your CPU cannot be colder than the room it is in.

The max temp on Core Temp says 55C, so it's total rubbish.

Whats the point in having 2 fans next to each other?

Also maybe you should consider downloading more RAM?

You can tell how cold his room is as the watercooling won't go lower than the ambient temperature. I have a H60 at the moment and mine has never been below ambient, always around 2/3C above it.

Elapsed time of the test was only 1m 32 secs as well so the water would'nt have reached equlibrium. Thought this was bull. My PA120.3 is window mounted and even sucking outside air at -6.6 degrees through it with 3x 120x38mm Yate Loons my cpu was still loading in the mid 40's.
