You came in here posting garbage regarding the car in the first post, something which evidently you know nothing about. You can say whatever you like about the Mercedes range that are affected by the issues you illustrate, but do it in your own thread.

Would you mind pointing out where I said that the specific car in your OP was crap? My comments were solely about Mercedes' record in recent times. And hell, if you actually are taking my opinion seriously then you really shouldn't. I mean, if I knew anything about what made a good car then I wouldn't drive a Seicento daily, or own a huge lump of American scrap iron, or lust after a Chevy Corvair.....

As for power, it is part of being a decent car, reason I mentioned it was because you always banged on about your 'huge olds'.

Balls. A) power isn't part of being a decent car, it's just something that certain good cars have and B) you mentioned the Olds to get a cheap shot in due to me daring to say something bad about Mercs, not because I "always banged on" about it. I'm fairly certain I don't always bang on about it, but maybe I do and if that's the case then I unreservedly apologise for doing so. Mea maxima culpa.

As soon as you touch the door handle the car unlocks and the door automatically opens whilst spinning the seat outwards and the 13 speaker surround system greets you with a big 'Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening' depending on the time of entry

Agreed, I always prefer the darker colours on the S Class, but we got a good deal on the new one which we couldn't refuse. Also it looks black in the pic but it's really tansanite blue, gorgeous colour.

Implying that the stripped out, last of the hardcore hot-hatches, ClioSport series are just basic girly shopping trolley Clios is about as accurate as saying the S55 is 'just' a tarted S280 (which I know was a joke, TTT).

Still, no matter what fancy engine/trick bits either car has in it, I'm sure you find many Cup owners suggesting that 'it's barely a Clio now anyway'. *shrug*
