How many cars have you owned?

Not including the wifes cars not many really considering I've been driving for 19 years, just six cars and two bikes.

Shamelessly pulled from an old thread:-

1993 (89 reg) Ford Escort 1.3L Mk4 - Pride and joy first car and quite a tidy car at the time, clocked up many miles running up and down to uni.

NB. Not my pic, mine was white (couldn't have been more Essex :p)

1999 (99 reg) Ford Puma 1.7 - Didn't have my own car for a good few years and this I bought new, cracking car for the bracket it was in.

NB. Not mine, but identical

2000 (99 reg) Suzuki GSXR 600 SRAD - First bike and a complete rocket machine.

2001 (01 reg) Ford Puma 1.7 Black Edition - Easy upgrade/swap whilst concentrating on buying a house.

2002 (02 reg) Suzuki GSXR 600 K2 - Second bike and loved it (also spawned my username), ended up being solely used for commuting, outclassed the SRAD by miles but probably nothing like the latest bikes.

2004 (00 reg) Alfa 156 2.0 TS Selespeed - Something more practical with a new baby but still fun to drive.

2005 (01 reg) BMW 330ci Sport - Great car which just seemed to do everything well.

2008 (06 reg) Ford Mustang GT - So much fun and actually practical.

Here is mine with rough timescales (coming up to 10 years since provisional). I didn't think it was that much. I don't normally have a big compulsion to buy new cars, most have been replaced for a good reason.

1. Rover Mini Cooper (Still own) - 10 years
2. Rover Mini City - 6 Months
3. Alfa Romeo 146ti - 3 Years
4. Peugeot 106 XN - 3 Months
5. Alfa Romeo 145QV - 6 Months
6. Mk3 Mondeo TDCi - 1 Year
7. BMW 330d M-Sport (Still own) - 3 Years

1) Peugeot 309GL
2) Mazda 323 1.6 (GL IIRC)
3) Mazda 323 ZXi
4) Subaru Impreza WRX
5) Subaru Impreza STI

That covers nineteen years of owning cars. The longest is the current car at just over seven years, the shortest the WRX at about nine months.
