4 in 22 years and no plan to change.

Cheapo case for about 4 years - got fed up with it being cheap and tacky
Antec 900 for about 5 years - got fed up with the noise
Fractal design r5 for about 8 years
Coolermaster silencio s400 - wanted something smaller, a bit smarter and with a window, had it 3 years now

Not sure I could face all the re-cabling of upgrading all the time!

I've completely lost count. I always buy a new case when I build a new machine. I have a new build planned and am getting a Montech Air 903 MAX.

Here's a pic:

But I'm getting the black version.

Insane amounts of room (40cm) for GPUs, great airflow and 4 fans included.

Not available in the UK yet, and I don't think this site is planning on stocking it (I think another site has done a deal with them for exclusivity) but that other site says that it's going to be in stock on 29th February, so I guess that's when it comes to the UK.

I used to review a while back so had a few cases in and out and was already on my 4th or 5th when I started that.

Totals probably 20+ but of ones I used daily I would say around 12. A few lian li's, a server case once (never again), MM H2Go, couple of Thermaltake's and Antec's, an NZXT, a Silverstone and a tiny extruded aluminium thing who's name I can't recall. Was ITX based and kind of awful to build in. :(

Under 100 and most definitely 25+ but I have been building PCs since 1990 and generally have at least 2 PCs... So lots of beige cases over the years, through the black ones. Thankfully I have never been tempted by RGB or Windows to look at stuff inside. I prefer to use the innards not look at them!

I've had a good few.
I purchased few decent cases to use for my main PC but never did, instead ended up selling them due to things getting in the way.
A lot of 2nd, spare or work PC,
I think I can think of about 6 or so decent cases I picked and ended up using.

2014-2019 Fractal Arc Mini R2 - swapped over to a watercooled quad-fire 7990 (build log: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/tamzzys-fractal-arc-mini-quadfire-madness.18608010/ )

6 if you include the pre-built ones from 20+ years ago (huge Gateway case, slim Compaq case), otherwise 4:

Antec P180 (2005, built like a tank, still in use for a family members PC)
Fractal Define R5 (2015, still used for my main build)
Be quiet! Pure Base 500 (it needs to take advise from the brand name, has an annoying rattle, used in a space PC)
Fractal Define S (got this new for £20, it's big but not as well built as the Define R5, used for a server PC)

Added a new one to make it 5. The Define S was taking up too much space so switched to a Lian Li A4-H2O, never built in a mini-ITX case before, was a bit of a pain but overall happy with the change. 233x465x533 (Define S) -> 140x244x326 (Lian Li), just a bit different in size :p

First was a Dell prebuit.

Then i had cases from the following brands.

Fractal
Coolermaster
Lian-Li
2 X Phanteks (including the Pro M i have now)

So that is 6 in around 25 years, but am toying with the idea to get a new one soon.
Add a Lian-Li Lancool 216 to the list.

Just found the receipt for Pro M. Just over 7 years old.
