My main rig is on 24/7 and my other one 12 hours a day, it would be on more but its in my bedroom and i need some sleep!

Five to six hours during the week. Monday - Friday.
Ten to Sixteen hours on the weekend, unless I'm with my girlfriend or at her house which is almost every weekend, then it's around two to three hours.

Server, main PC and laptop are all on 24/7 for various reasons (I keep laptop on when travelling too if standby mode = on

).

weekdays = 7 hours per day (if not downloading)
weekends = well over 12 hours

but if it's downloading will just leave it on for a maximum of 3 days usually...

Mine is on probably 3 hours MAX a day. (split between my laptop and my main pc)

hehe a PC idling isn't that much of a power hog, ok it all adds up but it's better for a PC to sit on 24/7 than to keep power cycling.

On a normal day 24 hours a day, although I turn off the monitor when not using it (21" crt does suck up the juice!)
