How many machines do you have-Spec? and what you use them for

3 (Built) inlcluding a laptop I own:

1 - Main Rig as per Sig
2 - Athlon 64, 1Gb, 7800GT (AGP). Soon to be upgraded to a SFF/HTPC breed.
3 - Laptop - no idea on spec. Runs W7 lovely.
Plus various unbuilts that I need to get rid of (component wise)

Got this one, in sig, used for school work and gaming works lovely.

Main rig is the one in my sig: used every day when I'm at uni or in the summer
Laptop (Phillips): Core2Duo 1.5gHz, 2gb PC2-5400, 160gb HDD, 15.4": Used when I go home for the weekend, a month each at christmas and easter, and whenever I want to go do some work in a mate's room.
Netbook: Asus EeePC 901 (Intel Atom, 8.9" 1gig ram,20gb of SSDs): used in lectures for note taking, or when I'm going away/home for the weekend and can't be arsed lugging the laptop around.

There's also:
a P4/1gb RAM (upgraded to 2gb)/80gb/6200LE basic rig at home that the family use
my sister's current 1.4gHz celeron/1gb/120gb/vista laptop
her old 800mHz/256mb/40gb laptop running Xubuntu for the little brother to mess about with

Soon to be added:
A PC I'm building as cash allows based around core2Duo/DDR2 and my 8800GT, to replace the home PC which will be promoted to home server duty; my PC gaining a new GPU in the process.

remarkably I can still get 3&half hours from battery 4years on

Netbook is Asus 701 which used to take to college instead of laptop.
Only took it in as I use openoffice and couple of times i'd forgotten to change the format & couldn't do the work in college hence why laptop used to go with me.

Then a Toshiba Laptop with a 19" Screened laptop. On board graphics only so is purely for watching films/bedtime browsing. 2GB RAM and I think a 2GHz Processor.

Lastly, and early socket 939 AMD dual core @2.00Ghz, 2GB RAM and a nVidia 6800 512MB plugged into the TV downstairs as a media PC/server. Still can play HL2 source based games respectably if not spectacularly.

Also built my mum a office rig with a 2.5Ghz Intel Dual Core.

Best thing I did was banging on Windows 7 all round, makes networking a doddle and each machine now talks happily with any other.

I have two, well one of them was my Dad's laptop. Must get round to reinstalling windows on that. Could install my Win7 32bit disc on that.

Possible overkill for a normal household, but they all get used daily.
