Nil points (said in a dodgey Eurovision accent)

Had plenty in the past though & some Bannage, Was banned through my age or some other posh version of it when they first really slung the book at me. The incident in question is far to outrageous for these here boards, I really don't think you could cope.
I did start driving at a very young age though so I have had more time to collect them.


Driving fast is not big & it's not clever. (It's just more Fun )

When I was young and foolish..I once had 9 (6 of which were due to expire in 6 weeks time..) And then I managed to get another +9+9+9+9 all in the same Court Case five weeks later, they basically threw the book at me on every count.. so a grand total of 45 Points a ridiculous fine and a 6 Month Ban. Never had any more points after this (I finally grew up!) and this was over 15 Years ago.

None, only ever been pulled over once and that's because the hire car I was in had expired inspection tags. He let me go with no issues.

3 points for 72 in a 50, sounds bad. But it was late at night following a road diversion I wasn't familiar with, it was an empty dual carriageway and I assumed it was 70. Fail.

Been pulled a number of times late at night for alcohol breath test, mainly during christmas holidays. Always been sober though.

They were for Speeding, and the big one was: Failing to stop, Failing to report, Due care and attention and Motor Racing on the highway.

theyve all lapsed i think.

3 points - speeding in 01 (165mph in a 50. that was a very common sense arrest. he caught me being stupid but as i was coutrteous it was 75 in a 50 - great officers)
6 points - no insurance (thought i did but apparently there was a clause)

how long does a speeding ban take to come off?
got a 3month ban in 02 for 128 in a 60. doh.

Four years from the date of conviction

If the offence is for:

* reckless/dangerous driving - shown on the licence as DD40, DD60 and DD80
* offences resulting in disqualification
* disqualified from holding a full driving licence until a driving test has been passed

Example: Date of conviction is 28 May 2004 – the endorsement must stay on the licence until 28 May 2008.
