And I don't mean half pull-ups or whatever other incorrect ways. Just proper, dead-hang pull-ups.

Just managed 13. However it's on a ledge above my stairs, so I'm only holding on with my fingers which of course is harder. Need a bar. :p

Full range of motion chins? 30 is my record.

Of course if you look at way the average person in a gym does pullups I could probably do 80 of those...

How on earth.. :(

Wtf, he can even do it with one finger.

Impressive, especially considering the age. This guy has the best 1 arm form I've seen though:

And for reps this guy

I'm never sure which is the pull-up and which the chin-up? I was talking about shoulder width, palms facing style on a flat bar. Not a fan of the wide palms away from you type, reduced range of motion, more stress on joints and less functionality. I think it's a bodybuilding thing, perhaps it builds more visually appealing muscle groups? I don't practise them but can do 10 wide style ones.

I just threw out 11 Chins and 7 pull ups, Oh dear ;) Might need to work on that lot :D

"EDIT" Come to think of it, 100KG is not exactly light weight :p

About 9/10 chinups. I'm not strong, and never do them, but I also weigh very little :p.

On the subject, a friend of mine had a bar that clips onto a door frame so it's not there permanently. I'm guessing eBay's probably the best bet but can anyone recommend another retailer or a specific item?
