How much milk do you drink?

That's not proper milk though, it's just highly processed junk from which you won't derive much/any useful nutrition.(and you criticise me for eating pure butter:rolleyes:).

Personally I avoid bottled milk in my diet because it's generally pasteurised/homogenised, these processes I believe denature/unbalance the milk, most notably digestive enzymes are killed off, hence IMO the high incidence of milk allergies/lactose intolerance.

The only truly nutritious cow's milk I believe is of the type in the link.

Couldn't agree more. No point in drinking milk from the supermarket - it's just water with fat in solution.

What was the first person thinking....I am going to get under the cow....tug on those bad boys and drink what ever comes out.....

I would love to drink a glass of milk but it makes me sick. I love milk and would drink a couple of pints if I could. I do have a tiny bit in my tea but that's all I can stomach.

I lied, I just had a drop in some coffee because it's one of those days I hate coffee but it does serve a purpose.

I have about half a pint I guess. A little bit on my cereal and in my tea, and maybe 200-250ml in my porridge or smoothie. More than I thought, anyway :p

None as I am mildly allergic (not to be confused with lactose intolerance). I say mildly... the more I have the more extreme the results xD, nah I just get stomach cramps and throw up depending on the amount, I can still have small amounts but rarely do.
Which is annoying because was diagnosed when I was kid, grew out of it evidenced by Dr's and me able to drink even a teaspoon of the stuff (was worse as a kid than it is now) and now apparently it's back haha  I liked milk.

Usually a pint a day. I work in a dairy a few days a week and we get free milk all day in it's canteen.

I normally drink about 2-4 pints per day. It's the main thing i drink, i don't like tea/coffee and don't really like fizzy stuff either so i milk it up

I'm just about to cut it out completely though as i go on a low carb diet

I'm just about to cut it out completely though as i go on a low carb diet

Is it a specific diet?
My advice is dont try to substute carbs, find recipes that just don't have carbs. Don't even search for low carb meals that'll give rubbish results.
Good food magazine and other magazines are good, especially if you can get a bundle of them, there are actually loads of not al dishes that just happen to be low carb. This is the way to do it rather than trying to alter recipes, or subtitle with coconut/almond flour

I don't drink any milk but I always feel that I should include it in my diet. I can't really stand the taste of it on its own, but it is alright with that Krusha milkshake stuff.
