How much milk do you drink?

I used to drink about 1 - 2 pints a day when I was little. I don't really drink it these days and regularly have black tea/coffee. Not sure why, just kinda went off it

I drink loads. Drives everyone else in the house crazy as they always end up having to buy loads to account for my milk drinking.

This really, there are better sources of nutrients with far less fat.

It's not the fat that makes most commercial/supermarket cow's milk unhealthy:confused: It's the pasteurisation, homogenisation, skimming, semi skimming etc, in it's raw/unpasteurised form it's a healthy food.

Indeed. Fats are good. It's the pasteurisation and everything else I was also alluding to. :)

Processed foods in general are poor and hence why they are to be avoided.

Allot, but I have had to cut back significantly lately while on a diet plan.

I live on a dairy farm with on tap access to raw milk out of the bulk tank. For somebody who loves milk, its heaven.

Lucky git. Whilst I don't drink milk anymore (I do love it) - I think I probably still would if I had that opportunity - it would be my guilty pleasure! :D

With cereal daily (3rd of a pint?)

Couple of lattes at weekends (1/2 pint?)

I break out in spots due to milk drinking (lactose intolerance, my sister has this to I must have it too) though it doesn't bother me.
