How often do you upgrade your iPad/ ipad air/ ipad Pro

I was late to get on the iPad bandwagon even though everyone and their dog had one.

My first ever iPad was the iPad Pro 2018. I bought it because I never saw the appeal of one and thought I would give it a try out curiosity. From the get go I loved it immediately and was always on it.

Then when the M1 iPad Pro came out I upgraded to it. In fact at the time I went m1 crazy and got the m1 Mac mini and m1 Mac book pro the top end one. As much as I loved the m1 Mac mini and I hated the m1 MacBook Pro I always using first and fore most the iPad Pro m1.

Then when the m4 was announced I knew I was getting one. So I haven’t really upgraded a lot since getting hooked on the iPad Pro 2018.
 
The iPad is the one device Apple makes that is truly class leading, in my opinion, and I’ve had one since they were first released. If money was no object I’d upgrade my iPad Pro whenever they released a new version but alas I’m not in that situation so I replace my iPad Pro when my current one needs it.

I’ve had my M1 iPad Pro since it was released and it still does everything I need it to do so I’ve no idea when I’ll replace it.
