Yep definitely a postman thing, even when they delivery letter post when it been snowing.LOL ! I thought it was just our postman. He's always in shorts even when there's ice on the pavements.

The fad of guys walking around dressed.for summer below the waist (shorts) and Winter from the waist up (big jacket) has always confused me.... Are you warm or cold? Make your mind up.
