How often do you wear shorts?

Wear shorts most of the year, depends what I'm doing may wear trousers in winter, especially if I'm doing something where I might be hanging around outside for any length of time.

When it's hot. But then, I live in Yorkshire, so I'm walking around today in jeans and a leather jacket while everyone else is basically naked because it isn't raining (yet).

Lest you all forget. We're also allowed to wear skirts these days I believe.

I've thought about wearing them while cycling, but I'm afraid they'll act like a parachute and slow me down, so I've decided I'll stick with shorts.

Never since I was about six or seven. One should need a licence to wear them in public once one is in the teens and later, both for men and women.

The place would look a lot tidier and less sartorially bereft if that were the case ;)

The same goes for track suits and those tight leggings fat women (who must live in a mirror less world) favour.

I've worn a kilt on a 900cc motorcycle. As long as you tuck it in it's fine... ;)

The fad of guys walking around dressed.for summer below the waist (shorts) and Winter from the waist up (big jacket) has always confused me.... Are you warm or cold? Make your mind up.

Edit... It's the same as women all walking around in Active Wear that has never seen the inside of a gym in its life.

I do this.
My legs get hot walking. Especially up hills. But my top half feels the cold.
Also better to be in shorts than trousers if get wet too.

What I never wear is jeans. Horrible things!
