42 and other than a few extra gray hairs and wrinkles i feel the same as i did 20 years ago. Any changes in the way you think wouldn't be noticed and it's probably normal to feel the same until old age starts setting into your body.

Gotta laugh at the people in their 20's saying things like they feel like 21, isn't that like saying i feel like i did yesterday?

I would hate to see the days when I start developing back pain and I'm not as flexible as I am today.
I feel sorry for you old folk that most likely pull every muscle in your body bending over to pick up a spoon.

I am 28 and already have pockets of white hair mixed with my black hair around my temple which I had by the age of 23.

Even I have started growing white beard hair.
