How old do you feel?

I'm 30, and still feel and look like I'm in my early 20s.

So I'm not doing too bad.

32 and feeling better than i did than at 22 but then that's probably because i now only go out on a saturday as opposed to a fri, sat and sun and don't run into people on rugby pitches anymore.

Thats the main difference, your mind still things of being young, but your body sometimes says otherwise.

Im 40 2 weeks today and its doing exercise where I can feel myself getting older but mentally i still think like im 14

Well I'm thinking more like I feel so old that I should have certain things in order by now.
For example I should have a much better job, own a house, finish my damn drivers license. Apart from the last one, its things that I know is not likely for me to have at this age, yet I feel like I should.

So that's why I feel old

41 but 19 weeks ago i had a motorcycle acident and got my skelton rebuilt, iits now over 50% titanium, so i guess some bits only feel a few weeks old

and if most people 30+ are saying they feel 18-25 still, so you must feel your age

Well I took the question as personality, rather than physical health.

I'm 22, but act way more older than everyone else I know around this age. Good and bad.

I am 29 and still get ID'd "'cos i look under 21". Unfortunately I feel MUCH older lol.
