Agreed. I know people who are 15 years younger than me that I think are old and people that are 15 years older than me who I think are young.
I probably feel now about the same as I did when I was 22. If anyone my age thinks they really can use their age as an excuse to get out of doing things because they are 'old' then maybe they should be having a long hard think about their health and lifestyle. There isn't anything I can't do now that I could do 10 years ago.
I suppose if I had to put an age on it I would say at 75-80 you are old but even then there are exceptions.
What you perceive as old changes as you grow old yourself, kids think their parents are old
& so it goes on, when you reach 40 then anyone over 60 will appear to be old but it doesn't mean you have to act old. I am 63 & enjoy my PC & I am an avid gamer so my mind is still young, my dad is 89 & to me that is old,lol
