I was 12, and the band was the absolutely terrible Ataris. Youthful indiscretion, I can assure you.

Ah, they did have one great song (I Won't Spend Another Night With You, could've been Weezer at their best...) Yet despite the fact that every other song they've ever done is basically the same song with the words in a different order, they're all rubbish.

I was about 15. Leeds Uni SU when the Damned briefly reformed. We spat on on Captain Sensible whilst he wore only his beret and a pair of oversized white, Y-fronts.

It's been downhill from there really.

I was about 16/17 and it was either Gary Numan at the Southampton Gaumont or The Police at the Milton Keynes Bowl, I can't remember back to 1980 that well.

Think it was 2004, I think I was 14 (just turned) and it was Supergrass at the Eden Sessions. That was bloody fantastic, still one of my favourite bands.
