You got your first girlfriend?

Im 16 - aint had one yet and I was just about to ask a girl out when a mate told me you was already going out with an 18 year old! *gutted*.

Is it abnormal that I dont have a girlfriend at my age or should I give it a little more time? :confused:

Don't be silly - You can't really put an age on these things.

There is nothing wrong if you haven't had a girlfriend yet... 16 is young!!

How do you mean first girlfriend...?

I got my first girlfriend at about age 11 when she came around for dinner..

But if you are talking first sexually active Girlfriend then it was when i was 16.

Some ridiculous age like 5 or 6 or something.
First long term (couple of years approx) I'll have been about 10/11.
First sexually active was around 15.

But there isn't a right or wrong age.

18 for *proper* girlfriend, but a lot of my mate's didn't have girlfriends till they were 20 or later. I don't think it really matters.

18 was first girlfriend. Anything before that was laughable tbh.

First decent crack at a proper relationship started this year when I was 22. Been in it for 11 months now. Previous best was the three monther mentioned previously when I was 18. That could be described as laughable too

But no you're not weird for not having had a girlfriend. To be honest, I wouldn't have wanted a girlfriend before the age of 18. Was having too much fun. Girls just mess everything up!
