How old were you when...

i have never not had one for 10 years. between 14yrs and 24yrs old.
probably been single for 3-4 months in total.

to be honest...if i wasnt such a weak and needy person (in that department) i think you are far better off without one.

however, I am usually lucky in finding one I actually really enjoy spending time with.

so I suppose really my girlfriends have been great mates, that you can loads of stuff with, and get regular sex. win win on my part :)

shortest term...1 month.
longest term. 7 years.
current term. 8 months going strong.

just go with the flow. nothing worse than having a girlfriend you dont actually want to pick up the phone and call, or go to see....for whatever reason. and this has happened to me...on a few occasions.
 
first serious one is the one im in now and im 17, was 16 when it started tho, theres no point in rushing into something for the sake of it, bets to wait for the right one, i know a lot of people that are virgins, or havent even properly kissed a girl yet, you've got years to go yet m8
 
I was 14, wasn't a silly small relationship either - lasted 3.5 years.

Now moved to something even better which can't be bad :)

I know a few people who never have, but it doesn't seem awkward or unnatural at all.

Thanks guys, I guess I was just a bit depressed that this girls already with someone else. I wanted to ask her out because I realise now that I thought she was quite keen on me - she sat next to me about a year ago in our first lesson, and always talked to me when she had the chance up until about a month ago but I was too stupid to reaslise. I just regret not asking her out a bit earlier.
I guess I was just looking for a bit of re-assurance

I would say though that for my age I am very mature - I like to be different from everyone else and I usually tend not to follow the crowd. I dont go out on friday and saturday nights, only to go to my mates and for my age I think I know a lot about pc's. I own a lot of gadgets :p. I also seem to get on more with people older than me.

Anyway Im finished my rant - thanks for the advice guys :p

v.true, it can be a lot of hastle and interfere with friendship groups like who they put first and spend time with etc etc, so if you can avoid them like the plague for a few years, lol

Just a tip. If you ever do try it on with someone, don't mention about half of what you did there. Leave it as "I like gadgets, cos I'm a bloke" :p

:( They knew I liked computers at college and everytime something went wrong it was "Get Jason he is the PC Guy" pfft, I stoped it all when I blew a PC up in front of them though, mwahahahaha Purposefully blowing things up is fun ;)

Still Im doomed to be single for ever :(
 
give up thinking about it, plan where you want to see yourself in a year and be really busy to get there. when you think you're getting yourself on track someone will come along and completely ruin it... well it did for me anyway :D
 
Don't bother unless she's over 21. Girls younger than that cant be trusted in the slightest! They will use you, go crazy and make you :confused: , then dump you for an older man who doesn't even like her, treats her lick crap, and then she'll just try to use you again, and leave you even more :confused: .

Of course, they arent all like that - I guess I just made some bad choices :p
 
5-11 years old for my childhood gf, lol :) now we're just email friends

19 my first proper gf, am 22 now still together
